Don't bother to pay the very expensive rent here. Besides from John, Rowena and the people from maintenance everybody else is very rude. They just don't care how you feel living in the building, we have been living here for a little less than one year. I forgot my key today and I asked the concierge in the lobby to get the copy to get inside my apartment and the concierge in the lobby (Scott) said "No, I don't know if you live here and your name is not on the computer". He has seen me every single day!!! and he was so impolite and nasty... seriously, as soon as the lease ends i am out of here.. If you wanna live somewhere near the metro, try something else!! This is seriously the last straw. I have been screamed at by security while they made my father wait in the lobby when he has a prostate condition and desperately needed to get to the apartment., harassed by drunk tenants, lost electricity for 4 days and had to be put up in a hotel, and after all this I can't get a key to my apartment. It is a shame that the few good employees of the Metropolitan have to work with the ones that bring me to posting this review.
