Defective model sale - LG KP107B

We bought one LG KP107b which is not working so I went to the
The Mobile Store, F.C Road, Pune, Maharashtra
For replacement of the cell but they said that its one month passed [I bought phone on 24th april 2010 and went there on 26th May 2010, the delay was just because the phone was sent to some other place and it took time to get return].
As they have repaired the phone twice and still its not working. I told them that I just want this handset.
You give me another model or nokia/samsung phone of the same price.
For that phone every time I called them, now its third day but they didn’t responded to me.
I request you to take that phone back [the phone is still in the F.C. Road shop].
FYI – IMEI Number of the model is 359038-02-398310-6
I hope I will get the reply soon with some action.


I sent them a mail on 28 th may 2010 and i got reply quickly for formal information required i do replied them on the same day i.e. 29th May 2010, after this i again get a formal mail saying will respond you earliest but till 2nd june 2010 i didnt get any reply.

Now i am feeling like they just dont care for their customers and their Toll Free numbers are just useless.

I request all not to get phone from these people instead of them buy it from local dealers
