My Car was blocked because of wrong Notice send from the leasing office of Mont claire apartments Sunnyvale CA.

I got a notice that the Road Construction/Maintaince work will be between 18-20 Nov, 2008 which blocks my parking space. But That actually happened on 7th Nov, 2008 and when asked at leasing ofiice and begging for help they responded saying that Car can be removed only in the evening and you go and talk to the construction workers and they will help you. I asked them will they help me as I dont know them and they said they cant and also said that its my job to talk to them and not their job.

Because of this I didnt go to Office and also had plan to take my son to docter.

All my plans for the day have been blocked my Montclaire
