I used the Moving Experts to transport items from Chicago to Los Angeles. Turns out they subcontracted my shipment to a company called Elite Moving & Storage. What did I get for my money, poor customer service, broken items, scratch and damaged furniture and missing boxes. What have they done to help locate my items, give me constant lies about some missing Manager named Joe. Since he can never be located I guess he is somewhere with my missing items. In any case. Beware of these people. If I had known they were going to subcontract my shipment I would have never done business with them. Also know that they operate under several business names and addresses.

Update: They sent me a telescope that belongs to someone else. I told them it wasn't mine but now they are insisting that it is. They are lairs and con-artists. I honestly believe these people stole my property and most likely sold it on ebay.
Please don't use this company.
