My girl friend was at this bar/nightclub in SIC, NJ. She had an altercation with a girl who works there (she was off the clock), & the altercation got physical. Then the girl's boyfriend came, hit my friend & put her in a chokehold. He didn't let go until one of the male patrons grabbed him. By the time the staff was "aware" as to what was going on, my friend & the boy were escorted out of the bar.

No, the altercation NEVER should have gotten physical, but there was not need for a MALE to hit a FEMALE & then proceed to put her into a chokehold. Both parties should've been thrown out & had charges pressed against them (even my friend) but especially the man whom laid his hands an a female.
