Went to dinner with my husband - we ordered two entrees, no drinks. We donated money to a charity they are supporting AND tipped the waitress but she still charged us an additional sep charge for over $50!!! I called to talk to someone there about it and he said 'Oh yea that happens all the time...' When I asked him why no one told us it had happened he had no excuses. I had to go to my bank to get it resolved.

I will NOT be eating at ANY of the Spaghetti Factory locations ever again.
