On the 12th April 2011 we ordered a mixed crate of beer and were told it would take 3-5 days to be delivered. A few days later we received an e-mailed from the co. giving delivery the following day. Nothing happened. We e-mailed them to find out why no delivery and finally on the 6th May received another e-mail, once again, giving a delivery date for the following day. Again nothing was received. We issued an ultimatum to which they did not respond. I have now read various sites on the internet for their other companies under the umbrella of "The Online Shopping Co" and have so far found over 30 complaints (which is probably the tip of the iceberg) all on the same theme - goods ordered but not delivered and after several months have still not been delivered. Obviously the goods are not "IN STOCK" as they state on their website and they have taken our money illegally. Now we have the long arduous task of trying to get our money back.
