I never go for the car wash from a gas station, but my truck was looking really bad, so I made the $7 selection for the deluxe and finished filling up. I went over to the car wash, input my number and proceeded with the soft touch option. I barely saw any suds at all, and upon exiting and inspecting my truck, so no difference from when I entered! I went in and asked the clerk for a refund. They pointed me to some other assistant that happened to have the manager on the phone with them. The Manager relayed through the assistant to me that I needed to call the complaint number on the car wash panel. I went back over, got the number and called. Of course I got a non descript voicemail, and left a message. Once again customer service was just a black abyss, and one more example of higher price and poor delivery.
