I live at one of your propertys for a year. Never late on rent. Kept very clean apartment. When I did a walk thru with the leasing agent all was great. Evarything passed with flying colors, untill time to refund my deposait. Then a 100 degerr turn. Was told I would recieve my deposit as soon as the manager was back in town. I called and went to the office for four weeks still waiting for my return. So in November, I moved out in september the 28th, I sent a letter asking for my deposit. Suddenly I was the dirtest apartment in the Park. Said things were so dirty when the things they were talking about did not even exzist in my apartment. The list was endlsee. I was in shock. After all my efferts to live up to my responsibility why where thy not? All the agents that saw my cleane apartment no longer worked there. Bad for me.SO UNFAIR. I am on Social security disability and a former owner of a cleaning company doing final cleans for many kansas properts. Never had a complaint. So I left my apartment cleansr than it was when I moved in. But that was fine. So you mabe can understand how upset I became. They even added untrue things to the list.I have plenty of evendents to the clean apartment I lived in. So I have been sent a small claims form to fight this bad treatment I recieved at this property. If I could talk to someone in upper managerment about this I will wait befor going forward with my claim. If you would like to discuss this matter with me I would be more than happy to do just that.
