I returned a pair of jeans that I bought on their online store theperfectcowgirl.com for $74.95 which I returned to them on July 2, 2009. In August I received an email from them saying that they will be mailing a refund check that week but have never received one. After numerous emails and a few voicemails have had absolutely no response from them. All attempts being ignored. The last phone call I placed to them I was hung up on before I even identified myself or explained the reason for my phone call. I asked if this was the Perfect Cowgirl Company and if I could speak to customer service and they hung up on me. The phone number on the website sounds that of a personal number and not of a business one. It is answered with a hello? and have a generic answering machine.
Apparently I am not the only one who has had problems with this company. I look them up on the Better Business Bureau and they have a horrible rating.
With this company you will not get a "live" person to talk to and will not receive refunds..beware!
