This company is the worst pool company i have dealt with. They do not do the job they are hired, and if you happen to miss one payment, for $40, there is no grace period AT ALL, they let your pool go green until you pay. I just closed my pool and the credit card was declined, I don't know how, since i just checked it, but they threatened to put a lien on my house, since the woman who called me (who happened to be in Tampa Florida - go figure) knew I was selling my house. If that is not sneaky and cruel, I don't know what it.
