I was shoppong on the Sears website and selected some items, I proceeded to check out and gave payment info. Order proceeded as normal processed payment no problem. Moments late I received an e-mail that none of the items were in stock and that the order was cancelled, with the exception of the charge to my account. When I called customer they said there was nothing that they could do that my money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. Now that is absolutley the poorest service I have ever experienced. Sears took my money and I'm not getting any products and no refund available until up to 5 days. This kind of servive is simply unexceptable and when the company is at fault they should refund immediatley. I will never order on line with Sears again.
