Following my call to them in February 2009, nothing has improved with respect to your services and information on my Pro Shop credit card in that I still:
1) Have never received statements from them regarding the number of Birdie Points earned despite their assurances that this would be done
2) Have never received any of the benefits that are supposed to be associated with this card, such as (a) Pro Shop pre sale access, (b) Never received “Free Discount Coupons to the value of R300.00, (c) Free Practice Day passes for Vodacom Golf Villages World of Golf for every R15000 spent on the card.
3) No one seems to know anything about this card every time I phone the help desk number 0861 752 966 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 0861 752 966 end_of_the_skype_highlighting and someone says they will phone me back but seldom do.
I am fast becoming seriously disillusioned as the validity of your set-up and the supposed benefits that I am supposed to receive from using this card despite having used it extensively and find it shoking that a company such as this can not resolve these kinds of issues within a year (See similar complaint. in December 2008). I will be suspending all purchases on this card until resolved properly.
