YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT, THEY CHEAT YOU LEFT AND RIGHT!

Deposits $675.00 upfront, ALSO $150 for pet deposit. During the time we spent in the house placed an ornamental fence up on the patio $350, when we moved out moth before last, we actually moved on the 20th but paid thru the 30th. This is what is so laughable. The letter sent back to me was over a month late with a refund of $35 . What a joke, on the letter they listed that I only paid $650 for a deposit (I have my cleared check for $675) did NOT even list the pet deposit, AND charged me $145 for carpet cleaning (after being told that the pet deposit was for the carpet cleaning) ALSO charged $200 for a CLEANING and $50 dollars for trash disposal. I left two trash bags UNDER the carport (so the neighbor hood dogs would not tear into them) and it cost me $50 for them to drag them to the curb for garbage pickup.
ALSO, prior to moving into the house they were too cheap to paint the house and told my spouse and myself "for what you are renting this house for we can't afford to paint it for you". Sorry but $675 is not cheap and I have lived in apartments with better customer service. The owner employs his family and they are rude BECAUSE THEY KNOW HE WONT DO SHIT ABOUT IT. One of his daughters screamed at me on the phone, told me I could not have my gate back (and I have the receipt where I purchased it) she would put the police on me if I went back onto the property. I feel that they owe me $25 for the incorrect deposit amount on the initial house deposit and $145 for the double charge on the carpet cleaning. I am retaining an attorney and I WILL HAVE SATISFACTION.
