Bait & Switch
Attended a bridal show for photography, videography and DJ services, placed a $600 deposit and listed the specific individuals who we wanted for each of the services. After a month, I called the photographer to confirm and found out that he was not employed by The Pros - EVER. Later, I learned that The Pros changed names 3 times in the past few years because of numerous consumer complaints.
Afterwards, I called The Pros to voice my concerns and they were rude and yelled - this is probably how they make their money - by scamming people by BAITING them with REAL professionals, then SWITCHING with amatuers from Craigslist.

dj/videographer
nothing but overpriced trouble we received from the company for our wedding. first when we booked we had a rep named danielle. i tried contacting her through email a few weeks after we book and could not get ahold of her. i finally called only to find out that she had left the company and no one assigned my account to another rep. then we booked a videographer and a dj through their company. the dj and videographer we personally met at one of their open houses. well one week before the wedding we called to confirm, yes we called they didnt even call us, just to find out the dj we origiannly booked no longer works for the company and the videographer had a family picnic she wanted to attend so she wouldnt be there either. they did have replacements set up for us though. but i mean come on one week before the wedding you tell us after we had to call you that we have two different people then who we meet. so the dj turns out to be a really nice guy. and he was good, thank god. and the videographer replacement was also very nice. so in that aspcet it worked out after all the aggrivation. but now the wedidng has passed and i check the status of my wedding video. mind you the wedding was in sept, the video isnt scheduled to ship until dec 4th, ok thats fine. i decided to check again a few days later and now the delivery date has gone to dec 15th. ok so maybe there a little backed up, i chekced again and now it says dec 30th. so i had enough and called. they tell me they are back logged and my video hopefully will be out within 12-14 weeks. but they never told us this when we booked with them. so i downgraded to a lower package so i could get the video sooner. we finally get the video and guess what, the videographer was there for 5 hours, but we only got 2 hrs worth of footage. so we paid over 900 dollars for 2 hours of footage they dont tell you that either when you book with them. Ladies, brides, mother of the brides, grooms, anyone involved in booking the dj and videographer, please i tell you from expierence, do not whatever you do book the pros!!!
