EBAy is actively pursuing information on harassment by The Purse Forum members. They want to know if they are 'reporting' your listing, emailing with bogus questions, buying and not paying for your items.
They are attempting to break the TPF mafia which is illegally blocking the course of business on eBay in the Handbags category. Please call into customer service to make all reports. They will flag their accounts and track their abuse until they have enough substance to remove them.
The Purse Forum is also being watched by IC3 so report to thta agency will be beneficial in removing this conduit for selling SELF- AUTHENTICATED knock-off bags!

I always try to educate myself when making any purchase. After shopping online for some time now I keep reading finding sellers auctions where the seller proclaimed that they were a proud member of the purse forum. Out of curiosity, I did some research to see was required for me to qualify for a purse forum membership. The results of my research was surprising.
Purse Forum Member Qualifications:
Know how to use a computer
Have an email account
Knowledge?? (not sure - No online test, no past experience required, seems like my dog can be a member?)
Just register for an account and wala... you could be a member of the purse forum too. My kind of qualifications!

Become a member of the judge and jury
Tout my purse forum membership when asking for a discount (didn't do a thing for getting a better price, actually seemed to turn the seller off).

In my research I found that there are those who despise the purse forum.
I about fell off my chair when I read the article that the purse forum members acted like a bunch of wet cats. It was actually a hilarious post where a group from another forum found the purse forum and could not believe they were attacking someone. Their conversation went to talk about something else but every once in awhile, someone from the forum would check in for what seems like a good laugh at these forum members. The comments were hilarious. "they are still dining over there"... more conversation... "wow, 3 days later and they are still feasting...more conversation... then someone made the comment... they act like a bunch of wet cats. ROFLMAO, I still giggle at that one.
I have read articles about their Mob Mentality / Herd Mentality
Read how one seller was a member under cover who was promoting their own company by asking questions and linking to their bags, the article read that the same uncover member also asked if their bag was authenticated then came in as another member and authenticated the bag. It went on to say that it was easy to figure out. just spell the member name backwards. Also read about the take down of a seller who tried to defend themselves and when they posted, the post was edited. Oh the clucking chickens comment was also hilarious.

Just don't, never go there, never talk about it, never talk to them, you'll be sorry, never go there to authenticate, and ask yourself why bonanzle has a person working on their blog and removing bonanzle listings...ANY listing, purses, makeup, jewelry, clothes, you name it...as soon as a forum follower points a finger at you rlistng on the fake bonanzle listings thread, you're dead no questions asked..."Tom the bonanzle assistant" returns to bonanzle to promptly remove your listing...because evidently these ladies who have nothing better to do then sit on their butts and blog all day are highly intelligent and complete specialists in ALL things designer. GET A LIFE you are the biggest group of frauds... a minimal amount of you have even 1/4 of what you claim. Really? You've got 6 Hermes $20k bags in your ppossession and you're here to let us all know today? The Purse Forum is defrauding innocent eBay buyers and sellers every day with false "authentications" and by promoting the sales of mirror image fake bags as authentic to naive visitors who think it's a help board. High-end handbag are a huge business on eBay at $1, 000 and up apiece. Because of this financial lure sellers at eBay are having extraordinary issues with what amounts to turf warfare, being waged by the organized assaults from The Purse Forum members.

This internet wolf in sheep's clothing is owned and run with an iron fist by the Eastern-European Dusil, family. TPF members are routinely selling mirror counterfeits on eBay using the method I describe below. TPF has teams of Jr members, trying to work their way onto the protected list, police eBay daily and file report copious reports to eBay falsely claiming the bags other sell are counterfeits. Since sellers who aren't told who reported them most don't even realize what has happened. Once a seller is on eBay's suspected list they can't sell that bag on eBay again. TPF "police" repeat this until sellers are banned from eBay, thus killing their competition. They also avoid eBay fees by diverting sales from eBay via the relationships they make on the TPF site. Once the eBay customer is on TPF site with potential buyers they exchanging contact info via the private messaging and sell off site direct.

Their scam begins with TPF members directing their eBay customers to go the Purse Forum to have the bag "authenticated". This takes the worry out of buying a bag on eBay. Little does the buyer know that the moderators of the site all have lists with members eBay site names. The site requests you link to the pictures for inspection. If the link comes from a seller site on the list and is being sold by one of their own member under TPF's protection, well then it's an automatic thumbs up...100% Authentic!! If you're not one of their then it is either questionable of fake.

The Purse Forum is a sham site that empowers it's totally unqualified members with the power to "authenticate" handbags listed on eBay. Their only qualifications for making you an expert "authenticator"? You simply sign up, put your two cent worth in by commenting and you are an expert!Thus the Purse Forum destroys its competition and controls the sales of the expensive bags on eBay, all the while, giving the illusion of saving the seller from counterfeits.

They are effectively proliferating the sales of counterfeits to an unsuspecting buyer unhampered... free to distribute the counterfeits tax-free and without the chance of legal intervention. Remember these women are already victims of peer pressure (who spends $2000 on a bag?) so when numerous experts chime in at once (usually the same person with several user names) that this bag is authentic and so wonderful they are excited, impressed and primed to buy.

This is basically the same methods My Poupette was using before the LV lawsuit against eBay and TPF site. eBay is allowing TPF to sell their mirror counterfeits, abuse and exile their good sellers and eBay is losing many millions per year because of the strong arm tactics of these crafty and experienced professionals in knocking off authentic listings. The scariest part is they seem unable to find any way to control their behavior on their own eBay site!

Please write eBay and ask them to do some reconnaissance work here and learn what I'm talking about to prevent the next lawsuit. LV, and several other companies are already involved in investigating The Purse Forum site.

Contact eBay via the instant help and complaint often if you want to see them banned from eBay. And write to the FBI's internetcrime division ( http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx ) and file a complaint.

if one of the member wants to sell a bag on ebay and they want to get rid of competition they put that seller in the "Fake" hall of shame forum and they flag the person on ebay so they take them down getting rid of competeion. They claim they can tell what is fake and what is not but they are clearly idiots and know nothing about fashion or how to tell the authenticity of something.
