Original Contract cancelled as of February 20, 2011 but so far Pivotal Payments has taken out over $3000.00 from our existing account despite numerous telephone calls and emails
to find out why. As is the usual, there is no supervisor here to look after you - this after many tries to get thru. The business has not been in operation since November 2010 but they are still taking out monthly payments. What next can be done without going through the legal course?
