The Lawyer for UPS are Peter Davis 202-887-1597 and if you gave these thieves money for the UPS account you need to contact the Lawyers for UPS. I spoke to an informant that was close to Recovar and he gave me very valuable information. Information like Mr. Bill Toten would delibertly hold checks to put The people paying them in default. Now get this When you paid them they wouldnt pay the creditor IE southwest bell UPS etc. They got your MONEY but never paid your debts. Mr Bill Toten was referred to a mean snake and was only out for himself. Mr Barts is not a Lawyer even though he claims to be!!
