After several attempts of trying to get help from my mortgage lender to obtain a loan modification due to me losing my job, I was told to obtain a Real Estate Attorney from a Government Website. I spent 2 weeks checking as many attorneys as possible and then contacted all of them I searched. The only one that called me back was THE RODIS LAW GROUP. BILLY T. NGUYEN told me that their firm only takes on cases they know they would be able to win and that I would have to complete a retainer fee and pay a retainer fee of $3500 since I was definitely a great case to take on. Oh, he sounded like he knew his stuff...so convincing. After receiving only a letter stating it would be 3-6 months for the entire process (this was signed by RONALD RODIS), I called BILLY to ask him how I would be getting updates. He told me I would be receiving them once I was assigned a Case Manager. Feb thru April went by and I finally received an email(after I called many times) from the case manager-LAN N. TRINH. This chick gave me the run around. I would have to call into the main number and literally have the receptionist or BILLY walk over to her desk to get her on the phone. She only sent me 2 emails the entire six months. And then on June 9, 2009 I attempted to call again for an update and that is when the message on the main phone stated they were SHUT DOWN BY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. I literally almost had a heart attack in my chair. I called the number of the FTC and basically had to tell a counselor guy all my information just to be told that I probably won't see my money. TO ANY EMPLOYER OUT THERE CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE TO WORK FOR THEM...PLEASE DON'T HIRE THEM! THEY ARE FRAUD AND HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM MY FAMILY DURING THE LOSS OF MY EMPLOYMENT. THEIR NAMES ARE RONALD RODIS, BILLY T. NGUYEN, AND LAN N. TRINH!!! How can you people call yourselves AMERICANS! You all make me sick and I hope you all get what you deserve...and hundreds of times more for all the others you have swindled out of their monies! AND BILLY, during our very first conversation where I told you that $3500 was an awful lot to be taken away from the mouths of my children and you sat on that phone promising me you and the firm were not scammers...this ones for you...BILLY T. NGUYEN YOU ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMER I HAVE EVER MET AND I HOPE YOU NEVER GET HIRED AGAIN ANYWHERE! YOU BIG JERK!
