UNPROFESSIONAL
Dont waste your time and money these people are a joke they will lure you in with all the nice and fast talk. The are very unprofessional and fraudulent. Dont give them your FAFSA pin code no matter how nicely the ask for it. Seriously you will pay three times the amount it cost to go to a technical collage and they will get all their money in your name after you attending the course for only three months and its a 8 and 1/2 month course they dont give a dern about nothing but money and how well you can sell their Redkin products by the way that is the only way you can jump in this school, not by your experience and knowledge, but only by the amount of Redkin products you sell. Do your homework before going there one day because after one day of class you already owe them $3, 000 just for stepping a foot in the door no joke. The instructors that teach you are ex-convicts, ex-drug dealer, ex-drug users, and one teacher was demoted to office staff, because she got arrested for Grand Theft and Fruad over the weekend. Another teacher was fired because she slapped a student in the face. These people are getting away with government money, just by running monkey business. You cant take nothing into the school food, purses, personal items, it all get stolen with no action taken against the assailants. I have seen one student key another student car from front to back nothing done, because they have safety cameras, but unfortunately they dont record. What a joke this "school" is seriously.

releasing student hours
when student leaves school in order to be transferred elsewhere, the school refuses to release earned credit hours to state board stating that they could care less if state board receives the hours or not. they also state that they can hold up your continuing education if they feel like doing so. even with state board contacting them they never update students hours or contact state board back upon request. they hang up on you when you are inquiring about your hours. they are very prejudice and have shown and stated that their school is not for african american students because they only treat caucasion hair. All this is said and done once you have paid your money

Unprofessional
I have a complaint, it has been brought to our attention that the students don't feel they are getting the education they signed and paid for. The facility is like a high school with students running around, acting like middle school, surfing the internet instead of attending the clients. Wet towels on the floors, combs being dropped and picked right up and used on a client. I have observed this behaviour every time I go in. So, in my opinion I feel the school itself is not teaching the students how to behave and learn as you know there is a big turn over and its not the same students. The instructors are not teaching them how to use products on the clients and in results hair is being damaged. I have spoke to an educator about this and feel nothing was accomplished.
