return policy fraud
We returned their product unopened and pursuant to their instructions on November 18, 2008. After at least 10 calls to their customer service, we have yet to obtain our money back. Their excuses have ranged from being too busy, to me having to call back, to putting the blame on their own shipping department. They refused to allow us to speak to a supervisor or person in charge.

The Sat and Act Prep Center( The College Prep Center) has been ripping customers off for years they products are not Kaplan, this company uses places like Kaplan and College Board to attack parents by using their kids education. Once they are figured out buy companies, laws a, and etc. this company becomes on the move orginally from La'Mesa they are now located at 1203 Crestside Drive Dr. Ste 310 Coppell, TX 75019. They prey on the weak and abuse the system by using kids education this product is only 9.99 and they are selling it for 119.99 PLEASE STOP THIS COMPANY AND DON'T BE THE NEXT VICTIM

FRAUD
THIS LADY NAME NEOSHA CALLED ME AND STATED THAT MY SON REQUESTED STUDY MATERIALS I ASKED WHERE SHE STATED COLLEGE CAREER DAY I WAS SHOKED BECAUSE I AM VERY ACTIVE WITH MY CHILDREN SCHOOL AND I WASN'T NOTIFIED ABOUT CAREER DAY WELL AFTER I HAD GUVUNG MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO HER MY SON WALKED IN AND HAD NO IDEAL OF WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT WELL I CALLED BACK TO CANCEL ONLY TO BE PUT ON HOLD FOREVER. WELL I CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO CANCEL WAS STILL CHARGE FOR THE MATERIALS I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY CREDIT AND I AM VERY UPSET THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST FRAUD AND I NOW I AM IN DISPUTE WITH THIS COMPANY
