What happened to one of the best restaurants for years?

After going to The Smokehouse in Burbank, California for nearly 40 years and entertaining guests and family at many parties, a recent visit was a shocker. I wrote the owner and explained what happened and did he or anyone respond? No. Obviously, this is a restaurant on its way down. Poor service, cold food (that should have been hot) at a Sunday Buffet, women's bathroon was horribly dirty, and instead of ordering the 10 loaves of prepared garlic bread for our home freezer, we left feeling one of our favorites was gone and we would no longer refer it to anyone. There was no excuse for what occurred and we recommend you find another restaurant.
