DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They do not come in the morning, heck they don't come at all. Then they charge you for multiple visits when it was one visit 5 days after a snowfall. I had to shovel my own driveway then they charge me $60. They say they will refund my money, then when I call them to check on it they say that they need a certified letter. They keep leaving messages on my house phone, but I'm not at home during the day when I call, so I tell them to call my work phone. Then when I talk to them the lady says that she has no way to verify it's me. I need to take time to get a certified letter to get my deposit back for next season...when they told me it was a refundable deposit in the first place. They can't just send it back to the address it was sent from? Then they bill me for additional $60 when no service was performed!!! The lady is so rude on the phone. They don't respond to calls. When they do they act like I'm inconviencing them. She said that she doesn't have to take the time to talk to me and that I'm wasting her time!!! Cannot believe the outrageous lack of customer service. How can they call themselves a company?!
