The social media people are a complete joke. They sell you promises and ship you sh!te. They use artwork even if its incorrect, they continue to take money from your card even after you cancel the subscription, they but above all THE CONCEPT DOESNT WORK! I have been with them (unwittingly) for 4 months, I have had 100'000 impressions and this has delivered ZERO HITS ON MY SITE, ZERO PHONE CALLS AND ZERO EMAILS. Do not use this company if you value your money!!!

These people claim not to have received a letter cancelling a Facebook advert and are now trying to run up the bill.

I am having a problem with these people, who claim to advertise on Facebook. I cancelled the advert within the specified time but they maintain they didn't receive the letter for another 3 weeks. This then going into another month, hence they want more money. I have now sent a recorded delivery letter inviting them to take me to Court.
Has anyone out there had or are you having a problem with these people?
