The Society for the Promotion of Alternative Health (SPAH) + various scam

OK there is a semi-complex online scam that preys on sick people, selling fake homeopathy and herbal medicine products.

What they do is first they identify an illness and make a website that looks just like this one: http://benignessentialtremor-options.com/ or this one http://granulomaannulare-options.com/ Each one identifies three possible homeopathic or herbal treatments. There are dozens of identical “options” websites out there claiming scientific validity because they are sponsored by the fictional organization The Society for the Promotion of Alternative Health (SPAH).

On each “options” website, the 3 treatment options listed are made by the three following companies:

They copy their websites for each product, changing the product name each time to supposedly treat different illnesses. But the chemical composition is the same for each one. This means they are selling the same treatment under different names to supposedly treat many different illnesses.

Same product same testimonials but these are supposed to treat totally different illnesses! It's the same with the other companies as well.

There are many complaints about the individual companies but not much linking all of the above companies together in one big scheme. There are multiple claims online that these companies a) sometimes do not send any product even after you pay for it online b) do not honor their warranties and c) worst of all -- their products can make people sick. I just wanted to let people know so they can avoid being scammed.
