I was recently pulled over for speeding, the officer estimates my speed at 65 mph. In reallity he has no clue, or proof of the speed of my veheicle. I was not very happy when he told me that he "estimates" my speed at 65 mph. The ticket was $166 plus points.

Later I received in the mail a flyer from the Ticket clinic. I thought to myself, how convinient!! Lets give these guys a try. I don't think I was doing 65 mph, but I don't usually keep a close eye on the speedometer. Most of the time I just go with the flow of traffic. This was our conversation over the phone.

I paid $90 for the service, plus I would not receive points. It was pretty straight forward. Worst case scenario I paid the $90 dollars and pay the fine. Wow!!! was I wrong...big time.

The results were outrageous. After contacting them a couple of days after the court day I was told to pay an additional $300 and some dollars. Ouch!!! I feel like I was part of one big scam. Don't ever hire these people, I would have done much better either representing myself or just paying the fine. I was never told that by hiring them it would cost hundreds of dollars more. This makes no sense. I wish there was something I could do.

The ticket clinic is a joke. Got speeding ticket with a fine of $131 (trooper reduced speed) Hired ticket clinic, ended up paying the full fine of $281 plus court cost... oh yeah, and paying them there $89 do nothing fee. so $131 ticket turned into $400. I should have just paid the ticket and took a 4 hr course online and I would have saved over $200. You have a better chance of defending yourself then using a d rated law firm. Their claims of helping over 1 miliion cases resolved is laughable. Would never recommend anyone using this legalized form of a scandal.

Beware of this company! They are a bunch of greedy attorneys that left FL because people caught on to their SCAM after thousands of complaints. Now they have set up multiple offices in California to get rich on the scam of helping people with their traffic tickets. They claim they will receive a reduced or suspended fine. A little research revealed that they have been looting unsuspecting consumers from coast to coast. They will steal your money and deliver nothing...then you will never hear from them again. I had a traffic ticket and called their service to represent me. They sent a lawyer to the court who ended up getting a higher fine than the one that was originally requested from the court. I would have been better off if he had never shown up. I called to find out what he could have done to get that result...and was promised that the lawyer or a supervisor would call me back. They never called back and refuse to answer my calls. I found out the verdict from a basic form letter that came in the mail; it was not signed and offered no explanation of what occurred.

Now I'm screwed and have to start over with the courts t try and reverse this verdict or pay the higher fine. Yet, another example of greedy, desperate lawyers stealing and scamming consumers without any restraint. I guess this is where all the unemployable lawyers go to get work.
