I too unfortunately got sucked in by this company. I received a call from their telemarketer in January 2010. First of the the guy had hearing problems and the phone call was so loud that my ears were throbbing. There was so much noise in the background it was hard to hear him and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. I should have just hung up but I didn't. He first told me that I had won 2 tickets to Universal Studios, Orlando. Then he told me about the package deal which was 4 nights in Orlando and 3 nights in Daytona, a car rental and VIP tickets to Universal. He gave me a website to claim my free tickets which was seperate from their offer. Now my husband and I have have not yet been to Daytona so I was interested. He did mention that there was a timeshare presentation which lasts about 45 minutes. He did not mention that you have to attend a timeshare presentation in each location. I told him that I was hesitant because we only lived about 45-1 hr from Universal and we really wouldn't need 4 nights accomodations. He said that I could call Customer Service and probably exchange it for another location because they are a travel agency. He never mentioned that I had 15 days to cancel the plan. I did receive the package in the mail but had a medical procedure shortly afterwards. I didn't actually sit down with the information until middle of Feb. When I logged in to claim my "free tickets", the website said unavailable in your area. Now for anyone who knows about Disney parks, they have the general admission tickets and they have tickets to upgrade your visit where you get express entrance on their rides. I was told that I had won the free tickets and then the package offered VIP tickets which meant that we were given express entrance. That is not true. They are only general admission tickets. As for their other locations, they don't have any, it is Orlando and Daytona period. I explained to a supervisor that the package was misrepresented to me by the agent who claimed that I could trade the Orlando portion for another location provided that they had availablity. They don't have any other locations. I asked if I could then take the entire trip in Daytona and I was told that was not possible. I then asked for a refund and I was told that it was past the 15 days so I was screwed. I am usually more saavy than this but the trip was completely mispresented by the agent. The supervisor was as nasty as could be and hung up on me. I should have placed a dispute on my credit card as well but it seems that they would not have refunded my money based on what other complainants have mentioned.
Whatever you do stay away from this company!!!
