I had only 2 sessions of physiotherapy since my operation despite my request for having 2 sessions a day and still have not seen a diet specialist to draw a nutrition plan as I am diabetic and has start eating solid food since yesterday.
After my operation trauma, I was looking forward to recover with a proper rehabilitation plan. However, I had to go through unnecessary trauma which could be avoided because of the hospital bureaucratic admistrative procedures and lack of staff which caused me much distress.
I would appreciate it if you would be kind enough to advise me of the necessary legal steps to take against the hospital for the sufference they caused me.
I am in Irish citizen but based in Dubai.
