I sent a check for a payment on wednesday night. On thursday IO checked my account as usual it was not there, I always do it and the check is always posted 2 days later. This time I checked my account again at 2:30 Am Friday and there was not such a transaction. Next day I see My check azccount with my direct deposit in it plus another deposit that I had coming in, also the 2 checks I sent on Wednesday pending as well as 2 Not funds fee with it. How can they tell me that it had no funds if there was no check in on thursday, only on friday when I already had my direct deposit in? On top of everything thing I try to use bu debit car at a gas station and it's declined. I try again inside and gets declined again, for no reason...I had my account with money. I call in and they said it was suspicious...so they blocked the account, I talk to them and they release the hold on the account. Next day I go to publix and again the card is declined. I was on the phone for over 15 minutes at poublix and no one got me to help. So I ended up using my credit card to pay. When I get home I look at my account and there is 2 hold for the gas station declined transcations and 3 holds for the declined transactonb at publix. How conviniente???? I called again and there goes another 30 minutes. And no aswer was given me.
WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! I've been a BOA client for 10 years and I AM GOING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and try a differente bank, so will my husband a n a couple of friends. It is ashame that there is not even contact on the banking online qhe we could talk to someone.
I KNOW THERE END, WITH A SERVICE LIKE THAT THEY WILL HAVE NO ONE TRUSTING THEM AND WILL CLOSE THE DOORS ONE DAY!
