Looks like a scam
I have twice ordered and confirmed both the order, the status and all information for two canon bodies over a years time of ordering. No camera, no service, no one answering transfers. yes, appears to be bait and switch for bodies. so many transfers and holding on calls that these guys surely are being paid by the phone companies.

Avoid at all costs
My husband wanted the Canon Powershot A720-IS for his birthday. I ordered it from this website, then received an email asking me to confirm. A week later, my credit card had not been charged, and I never received a tracking number. When I called the company, they said the camera was out of stock. When would it be in stock? They didn't know! So, I cancelled the order. They should have told me immediately that it was out of stock- I should have have had to call a week later.

Would not recommend them to anyone
Ordered a camera body by mail. Checked on the order 4 days latter a person just said order cancelled and hung up. I called back to see why the order cancelled and they hung up again. Bad way to do buisness. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Nightmare to deal with
This company has been a nightmare to deal with. I ordered 2 cameras from them. A strange email was sent to me requesting my code on the back of my debit card. Foolishly, I responded to it. I heard nothing from them so I called them. They told me they had not received the email. So I gave the info over the phone. The next day my credit card was comprimised, someone had oped a paypal account with my card and were purchasing things. Needless to say I closed the account. I was suspicious that this company was involved but I had already placed the order so I waited for the cameras. Now, these cameras were advertised as new but we received nicked, scratched and obviously used cameras. We called to say we sould like a refund and were told they would send us a mailing label. 1 week later-no label, called again and was told they would send another one. 1.5 weeks later - no label! This time we had them fax it to us. The cameras were sent back and we were told they could refund our money on the card we had used. Funny, that was the one comprimised and we had closed it. Now they want a letter from our bank stating we have a new card for the account which the bank can't do. A letter would have to come from a special office which could take 2 weeks! It has already been 3 weeks since they received the camera back. So they have my money and the cameras. They are also very unfriendly and not helpful on the phone. It is very difficult to talk to a manager, they do not return my messages. I am not sure they are going to give my money back. If not I will file a claim in court. Beware of this company!!!

Bad service
Ontimedigital.com, I guess this is the same company. Terrible experience. Listed a camera for about $50 cheaper than anywhere else. I was skeptical so I called them, someone answered, I checked to see if they had stock, if it would ship on time and made sure it wasn't refurbished. The salesperson answered all my questions suitably and seemed knowledgeable, so I place the order. They seemed legit. 5 days later (just before xmas) I called b/c I still hadn't received a tracking # (but I had gotten an order confirmation), so the salesperson tells me that they don't have the camera after all, but it will ship in Feb. And I said, "what? Why didn't you let me know, it's the week before Christmas?" And the salesperson says, "We emailed you", but they did not. So I said, "well, cancel that order, I don't need it in Feb, but do you have it in another color or anything since now I'm kinda stuck?", and she said, no we no longer sell that camera". To that I said, "Is it shipping in Feb or you no longer carry that camera?" And to that, she hung up!! I couldn't believe it. Stay away from them. I'm now worried about the credit card that I used.

Tried to add $400 for bulb after projectors were ordered
Ordered qty 9 panasonic projectors, model PT-LB60U, new, for $849 each, order# 45408, on 4/16 0r 4/17/08
On April 18, rep called me from TheCameraProfessionals.com
to confirm my credit card 3-digit code and told me that the bulbs do not come with them and would cost an additional $400 ea (400X9).
Their internet ad did not reflect the omitted bulb whatsoever.
I cancelled the order on the spot.
Besides, I purchased an identical unit 2 weeks earlier for about the same price from another online company and the bulb came factory-installed.

fraud
I found this company over the internet, the deals look good and cheaper then on other sites, but then I was calling like once a week and the delivery date was re-scheduled again and again. I wanted to cancel the order, but the person on the phone just hang up on me. The website does not provide any other company info, but the phone and because nobody answering the phone or email, I have no other option, but submit my complain to this board and contact my bank about such fraud.
