I ordered a Pentax Digital camera on the internet. I got an E-mail saying that I needed to call them to confirm the order. I called and got some foreign guy who was friendly at first until he had my credit card confirmation code. After that he immediately started trying to sell my stuff to go with the camera. When I told him I didn't need anything else and just to ship the camera he mumbled something and then hung up on me. I started getting suspicious and did some research and found tons of complaints about this company online. I called back and attempted to cancel the order, a rude guy transferred to me to another rude guy who hung up on me. I have no idea of the status of my order but I have a bad feeling about the whole deal. My bank says I'm out of luck until they charge my card, and even then they could simply just never ship the item.

Their web site looks good and they have many "positive" feedback reports which I suspect are not from real customers but people they have employed to type in hundreds of bogus happy transaction comments. It's my own fault... if a deal looks too good to be true it probably is. Who knows, I may get the camera and everything may be OK but I would steer clear of this company based on their bad reputation and horribly unfriendly customer service alone. A common complaint seems to be that they simply hang up on people who are on to them and try to complain, cancel or question their orders.

Very similar to the other persons complaint. We placed an order for a Cannon 40D camera body online. They forced us to call where they then tried to get us to buy extras for the camera. Once we declined after about 30 minutes of high pressure sales they said the camera was in stock and would be shipped out that day.

Two weeks later still no camera. I guess the only good thing I can say about this experience is that we were not charged for the camera. First my wife called back to check on it and they told her it was back ordered 2 - 3 weeks. I then called back the next day and was told it would be shipped out next week.

A week later I called back and they said sorry it would be 5 - 6 weeks at that point. But they did give me a specific date that it would be shipped. Worried about this we called back one week later and spoke to the same sales rep and he said that the exact date they had given us previously would be pushing it and that it was more likely to be 2 - 3 months (remember that a month had already passed by at this point and they said that it was in stock when I ordered).

Each time we called they said that they did have the "packages" in stock and they could be shipped that day but they would be 1,200.00 which is 700.00 more than the camera body which I was ordering. I strongly warn against using this company.
