I purchased a new Honda Accord from Thelen Auto Group in Bay City MI on 7/30/09. They guaranteed in writing that I would be furnished a loaner car if service required.
I hit a deer on 10/26/10 and contacted Thelen to have vehicle repaired. When I informed service manager Justin, he stated they only had three cars and none available. After a long conversation he said he would speak with his boss, Maria, about my situation and return a call to me. It is now 10/28/10 and I have yet to hear back from anyone at Thelen's regarding my situation.
I feel I have been lied to and will not receive proper service. If I do not get the loaner I will be required to rent a vehicle at my expense and I drive 100 miles round trip to work daily.
