Subject: Complaint Number: 9833247302 Job Sheet No: 597649 regarding Sony Ericsson K750i Mobile .
I’m Fazal Shaikh from Mumbai and i have given my K750i mobile to the Mobile Store in Kalyan and I got the back from the mobile store after 2 months unrepaired and they have did my mobile condition worriest from inside and outside and i asked them too replacing the body of the mobile from the store and they did the replacement of the body after a long time.
And after replacement of the body of the mobile, i send the mobile to the sony ericsion support center in eternity mall which is in thane to check the body fittings and the parts and to repair the mobile problem of network which was not solved by the mobile store after keeping the mobile for 2 months with them.
Today i’m very upset when the sony ericsson support center refuse to repair the mobile due to many problem after giving my mobile to mobile store for repairing. They gave the full problem report of my sony ericcson 750i mobile which is accured after the mobile came from the store that is no network, no bar indication, jogdial, joy stick problem, navigation key doesn’t work, system connector related problem etc.
Before giving my mobile to mobile store the network problem was not that much. Network sometimes comes and sometimes does now my mobile is like a dead mobile without a single network and sony ericssion support center is not ready to repair and if they take my mobile for solving all the above problem, they need Rs. 4000/-
And i came know from the mobile store that they given my mobile outside the store to local repairer for repairing and he did the condition worriest and even the mobile store technican cannot fit properly the body of the mobile also like joystick, body cover etc.
After getting the report from the sony ericsson support center. I will directly log a complaint in the kalyan police station against the Mobile store kalyan and i will also send my complaint to the local newspaper about the repairing procedure of mobile store.
I need my mobile in good working condition and i will pay the chargers Rs.500 which they asked before taking to repairing.
Please reply me soon about your action going to do against my sony ericsson K750i or Otherwise let me give chance to take action against it.
