This company had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I applied for a mortgage refi with them and everything was going smoothly until I called them out on closing costs. Their advertised fees-which I also confirmed with their loan officer - were not what they projected on the disclosure form. As a consumer you have the right to use any title company you prefer, and using a local company I paid just under $500 for title insurance and the closing fee. About a $1000 difference than what the money store had in mind for me. When I told them I was using my local title company my loan went to the back burner. Calls were rarely returned even after I asked to speak to supervisors. Emails were also long in coming. I finally closed today roughly two months after the process started. I had to prod them every step of the way and I feel they would have totally ignored me had I not pursued the process. I would have dropped them altogether, since their rate wasn't that much lower than the rest of the quotes, but I had sunk money into the appraisal and wanted to avoid starting over again.

I would not recommend this company. You trust them with very personal financial information and you get a very sinking feeling when no one returns your calls/emails. I would rate them ZERO on a scale of 10 for customer service. They did however deliver in the end.
