Do not purchase any products from this site. I bought 2 sets of the beats headphones a few weeks ago and only received one. I suspected that we may have received a counterfeit product after some online research. The item was shipped in a timely fashion but was from a factory or address in China. The product did not have a shipping invoice to show the pertinent information (that only one set was in box). I contacted billing support for this website themonsterbeats.us which was www.luxbuyerworld.eu and they said we should email the original site. I did and even though site says will respond within 24 hours, even a week later, no response. Previous to receiving product suspected site themonsterbeats.us might be not legitimate, so I contacted my BOA credit card fraud dept to alert them of my concerns and they said they would take care of us if we had any problems. After receiving only 1 item and determining the item was indeed counterfeit (went to best buy to get confirmation) notified the BOA Visa dispute department and basically got scolded for purchasing an item from overseas, etc. They insisted we provide a shipping receipt but I insisted there was not one shipped with product. I was instructed to fax the proof that we did order 2 products and a letter stating they were counterfeit which I did. Several weeks later received letter from dispute department that they simply resolved dispute in favor of luxbuyerworld.eu because we did not ship the 1 item we received back to company. But the merchant never responded with address we needed to ship it back to so just decided to keep it but did expect a refund for the other set not received. I contacted BOA visa to complain again about this and they gave us another hassle saying we have to resubmit another letter explaining that we wanted a refund for item we did not receive, which seemed clear when we spoke with them last. I will do this but pretty sure will not get satisfaction. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the lack of service from the monsterbeats.us and BOA Visa who assured me that I was protected from this apparently fraudulent merchant that sells counterfeit products. I especially do not appreciate BOA Visa lecturing me and giving me attitude while I'm feeling completely cheated. Buyer Beware!!
