They are housing counselors of America, listed as Albert Kim, but their contracts show they are Medici Enterprises dba Housing Counselor of America and when you call you are told it is the Law Offices of Theodore J. Batsakis.

Google him and see what you get. He is a criminal attorney, who

is a criminal himself. Perla Munoz, who is supposed to help you with your mortgage company does not return calls, nor does she do much of anything else. I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office. Found out there are quite a few unhappy people out there.
