I paid a couple of thousand dollars for what I thought would be a top-of-the-line appliance by Thermador, and now I'd give anything to get rid of it and replace it. The oven makes so much noise that you want to turn it off asap to restore some peace and quiet. The oven takes a long time to heat up (about 20 or more minutes) and about 5-10 minutes to cool down so that the noisy fan shuts off. The oven heats unevenly, and everything I ever made has to be adjusted for baking time... usually longer. I've complained to the dealer, Marsilio's of Fairfield (CT), and Marsilio's sent three repair people out to look at it but never replaced it for me. One repair person even had the nerve to say I should just adjust my cooking temperature by 25 degrees, turning up the oven because that was the way the oven cooked! Something is seriously wrong but no one has ever helped me out and now I just want to throw the whole appliance out. Don't buy this product. It's terrible!
