TheRoseDress Responded
TheRoseDress is sadden to have read your complaints. You have said that the dress look fine after trying it on when you received it. You had the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the dress for any defects. But if in your first try you were not able to find one, it is likely the defect happened when you fold it or laundered it. Anyways, customers are given one time return and exchange of the item they purchase, most especially if the item has defect. Customers are even refunded back of the money they paid us if after inspection TheRoseDress finds out that the fault was ours. Customers have one time opportunity to return and replace the item received. They may shoulder the expenses including shippping cost for returning an item, the restocking fee and shipping cost for the replacement, but we can refund or waive all these expenses to rectify our error if proven. Hope our customers will view our order policy not as to take an advantage on you, aside from creating order on our company, TheRoseDress' order policies are to backup customers too when they have issue about their purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service thru live chat, email or by calling our customer care number, we would love to hear from you and to all our customers; we would try the best way we can to answer all your questions in a way that will give you a clear idea of our product and services. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" apply here
I purchased a dress on the Rosedress.com. I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" apply here. The dress came and was beautiful, I tried it on and it seemed fine for my daughters wedding. Until the day of the wedding, I guess I didn't spend a lot of time looking at how it hung on me. The dress was lopsided, it was longer on the right side shoulder strap, so that my bra strap was exposed, and there was no way to fix it. I spent the whole day readjusting myself. Do not buy from them, spend a little more on a nice dress, the sewing quality was terrible. If you try and return it, you get pennys back on your dollar because you pay for handling, restock etc. I threw the dress into my "Goodwill" bag, they might not even take it!
