I ordered a sim card tray for my iphone on a Saturday. The following Wednesday I emailed the company to ask if it had been shipped (it hadn't). Customer Service accused me of being a "secret shopper" and berated me for not knowing that it takes 3 -5 days to process a credit card (it doesn't, I worked in a bank). I canceled my order and had to find the part elsewhere. I was charged for the transaction and the money was never reimbursed. I emailed to ask about a refund and was ignored. I believe this website to be a scam. They take your money and never send out any product.
