I order there product on the 28th of august and when they said I have 30 days to send it back, I asked the girl if it was from the 28th or when I receive the order. She told me the 30 days started from the time of delivery which was Sept 3rd. I became sick which followed the next two weeks with dizziness and nausea. Believe me I wasn't thinking about think and lose, this was the last thing I was thinking about. Anyway, when I finelly opened the bag it came in and I went thru it, at first I thought I would be able to go thru it by Oct. 3rd. On Oct. 1st I called there number from the packing sheet and explained to the girl and said I would send it back express delivery so it would get by the 3rd. She said that she would extend the 3o day return policy to Nov. 12th. Now, when I first ordered this product they never said it was a 30 day return but not for some of these vitimins that were sent along with the c.ds and dvd so, when they told it was extended I new that meant for the whole package. I never mentioned at that point any thing about the mp3 player because I thought it was on back order from the way it was printed out on the packing slip. I then realized 3 days later that I never asked about it so I decided to call them back. Well upon explain to this girl she asked me abuptly why I didn't mention it when I called before and I told her I had forgotten and I thought it was on back order. She said she found that strange and in a accuseing manner that suggested I did have the mp3 player She didn't say that vibaitum but implied it. Iwas very upset and asked for her superviser which she said would call me back and he did once and left a message. Unfortunatly, I was at work and my phone was off as per my manangement. I would like to talk to Mr. Marrinno about this matter. I think he should be aware of how this presence his company in unpleasent light.
