I sent ThinkGeek.com an order for hundreds of dollars of gift items on 10/7/10. By 10/19/10, they still hadn't shipped! Their customer service was hard to reach, put me on hold, told me something confusing about needing a "Level 2 approval." I waited on hold a long time more, they said they couldn't reach Level 2 guys until I told them I was typing on customer complaint sites every time they put me on hold! They finally found a "Level 2" worker when I said that! They say they're shipping tomorrow - we'll see...
When I order stuff from Amazon or big box companies, they ship it the next day! This service is not incentive to switch to ThinkGeek. I'm really frustrated!
