The website claims la creme de la creme for the Elite attachment set. The Sabo power head seems solid and really well built but everything else in the package that Thinkvacuums has COBBLED TOGETHER is inferior. The hose is lightweight and covers are held on with zip ties. When going from power head to other attachments a black, plastic press-fit tube (like what you get from a cheap shop vac) replaces the metal telescoping tube. Some parts are black some white and it looks like they pulled a package together of parts from multiple vendors, never intended to work together. They were rude when we ordered it and that should have been a warning. We are sending it back and willing to accept 10% restocking fee but concerned based on posts that we should have seen before ordering that it will not be fun or even fair. I will add to this post and send glowing reviews of the 100%customer sat that they commit on their website when and if I experience it from Thinkvacuums.
