I have been going rounds with First Data Global leasing since FEb-09 when our lease terminated with them. They are fully aware of the fact that we have not used their services since 2007 yet we fulfilled the monthly obligations of our lease term. In February 09 I contacted them, they informed me of the address to return the terminal, I included all the data I was instructed to, terminal ID, Merchant ID, as assigned tracking number and sent it to the address they indicated. They say they never received. They continue to remove funds from my account, and they also have removed taxes which I am not sure Oregon is obligated to. They are demanding a buy out for the equipment, since they say they didn't receive it. I have placed a stop payment on their account last month, but again today I see where they are attempting to process the fee. I have told them since February they are illegally removing funds from us and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve the matter, no correspondence, no returned telephone calls other then to leave message, when you speak with a rep they say they can't do anything, etc... I would love for them to be sued for their unethical business practices. Katherine J. Wagner
