These guys are terrible. Their low prices will draw you in and then the moment they start leveling your character the problems begin. Within 24 hours of them starting my order my account recieved a 24 hour suspension. About 2 days later my account was Permanently banned. I talked with Blizzard Account Administrators and they were gracious to give me my account back (this took about a week though). After i got my account back i found that my character had been completely changed and the 5700+ gold that i had saved up was gone. I tried to ask them for a refund but they said no, then i asked if they could at least replace my gold that they used and their answer was "we have no reserves of gold, all gold is obtained during the leveling process." However, their site allegedly sells gold. I pointed this out and the online rep told me that they buy the gold from other sites when orders come in. That sounds professional (???). ANyways, I finally gave up after almost 2 weeks of Bull S**T with these guys and decided that i was lucky enough to at least still have my account. STAY AWAY FROM THLEVELING.COM!!!

this company took my account information and the same day i get an email from blizzard saying that my account has been banned for spamming and advertising by characters on different servers that i did not create. When i contacted the company they said they would not give me a refund because they had already paid the leveler. Thleveling has given me the run around for over a week now and only when i threatened to file a complaint with paypal did they offer me $20.00 of the $31.99 i paid but only if i close the dispute i filed with paypal. Once a dispute is closed it cant be reopened. so if i were to have closed the dispute i would have never gotten a refund and never been able to file another dispute!!!

This company is so shady i just hope paypal can help me get my money back or at least close them down from using them.
