I bought 3 pair of leather boots from kmart in lodi and I have had the same problem with each one I only had each of them a short time and the heels came off from the actual boot the number on the box to this boot is 84606 Blk leather boot . It has been a 4 month period since I purchased all three of the boots and they all have the same problem. But I really like the style of the boot and the comfort of it... I paid 38.00 for each pair that I bought I would appreciate some kind of satisfaction for the money spent on those 3 pair of boots. I wish I had the receipts but unfortunatelyI do not. Not knowing that they would all fall apart since Tham McCan is suppose to be a good name. Please call me and hopefully we can work something out to satisfy my disappointment.
