In Febuaury of 09 i was contacted by Thomas gray in responce to a tree that needed to be cut up and processed. I agreed to do the job for $300 over the the phone, pending site inspection of the tree. When i got to the job, the tree was much bigger than he told me it was. I told him it would cost more than what i originally quoted him. He said no problem, I will take care of you when you are finished. The whole time i was there, he kept pushing me to get the job done. I worked on this tree for 3 days strait. It was a very large tree that had fallen into the neighbors house next door. There was a large amount of branches that had to be processed as well as a 3ft dia trunk that had to be cut up as well. I told him i would go as far as where the trunk had broken off at the ground, and that was all i could do. He said no problem. After the tree was processed, and all the wood was gone, he said he would call me to pick up the money he owed me. He never called. I called him, he kept giving me excuses. Then he quit answering his phone. He even went so far as to send me a email telling me he enjoyed spend the money he was suposed to pay me with. This guy is a real piece of crap. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GRAYS OUT DOOR SERVICES.
