This post is being made by Thompson Merchant Services to explain that many of the complaint "postings" that you are seeing is a scam. Unfortunately our company worked with a pretty bad apple when requesting marketing and design services, and when we filed a complaint against this company (Minds of Media) - also known as "TBiz" or "Real Business", instead of them refunding our company, the filed several false complaints against us claiming that we are a "scam".

If you need proof of our original complaints against them just perform a search and you will see that Thompson Merchant's complaints against them were posted originally, and their false complaints were done as some sort of "revenge"

Furthermore the police NEVER had to be called on anyone from this company, that is another lie that unfortunately was able to slip through the cracks on some complaint sites.

Also, if you search for this company on this site you will see that they have filed the same false complaint against SEVERAL other businesses (having to call the "police", etc.)

As many of you already know simply requesting a refund because of you dissatisfaction is not the same as a "scam", but this person from Minds of Media has repeated referred to it as just that.

Just be aware that the false complaints are something that we cannot control, but our BBB report speaks for itself, we provide honest and fair credit card processing services to all our merchants. So a simple false compalint saying that we're a "scam" for requesting a refund isn't reflective upon us, but rather the company Minds of Media that provided poor services and handled our complaint in a very unprofessional and childish manner.
