I bought a RCA tv Model 20F424T on 2/9/2008. The tv was placed in my grandson's bedroom, where he stays when at grandparents house, which may have been 5 times since Feb. Now the tv turns on and off by itself when no one is even home or in the room. I called RCA service and was told that they would send me a exchange tv, and I could send the old one back they would call later with details. Today I got a phone call and was told that for $72 they would send me another tv since the 90 days labor warranty had expired, but my 1 year parts warranty was still in effect .I was told that they do not repair this tv, only exchange it so I asked why are you trying to charge me for so called labor charge to exchange my tv and was basically told that is how they SCREW their customers. I will nver buy another product with RCA name on it.
