To Whom It May Concern:

We recently purchased a mattress from Boscov that we feel is defective. It has a weak spot on one side and a ridge down the middle. We complained to customer service and a person came out to inspect the mattress. The person who came out to see it acknowledged the weak area, but Boscov claims it is within manufacturer's specs and refuses to exchange or replace it. I cannot sleep comfortably on the mattress and cannot believe that the ridge down the center and the irregularities in firmness across the surface are up to any standard of quality. We are very unhappy customers of Boscov.
