After 2 hours hanging on the phone, the consultant was not able to give me a valid number to unblock my phone and hang up.
To my online complaint, I got the automatic message that I will be contacted in 72 hours and the problem will be resolved within 14 days! How can a mobile company expect their customers to live 2 weeks without a mobile??? The whole conversation with the call center staff was just lies. When I called to cancel the contract, the line got suddently dead. WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!!
